Message from our President

Greetings Zetas, Sigmas, Amicae, youth affiliates, and Visitors,

Greetings! On January 16, 1920 on the campus of Howard University, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. was founded on the ideals of Service, Scholarship, Sisterly Love and Finer Womanhood. In keeping with those ideals, Iota Sigma Zeta Chapter, chartered in 1979, has done its part to be a moving force in the Eastern North Carolina community through our various programs, initiatives, and activities.

We, the women of the Royal Blue and Pure White, are truly grateful for the foundation upon which we stand that was established 89 years ago by our illustrious Five Pearls.  For over 30 years, we have taken great pride in establishing and building strong relationships with various churches, schools, and community based organizations within Eastern North Carolina. As a sisterhood, representing various cultural and professional backgrounds, we are committed to laying the foundation of our legacy of being a community partner.
