The Blue Revue was held on May 2, 2009 at the Riverfront Convention Center. Six young ladies were presented to society. Archonette Beverly Murphy was crowned Miss Blue Revue.
Keosha Byndon was 1st runner up, and Cheryl Frazier was 2nd runner-up.
